Sports Massage

 

Sports Massage is particularly designed for athletes but is also very useful for those suffering from muscle tightness, chronic pain or altered range of motion. This is a variant of Swedish Massage that stimulates the circulation of blood and lymph fluids. In order to assist the body achieve maximum performance and physical conditioning, a number of different techniques may be employed.

 

Sports Massage provides a range of benefits including an increased range of motion, enhanced flexibility, an increased sense of well being, a decrease in muscle tension and a reduced risk of injury.
